ZoneGolf at HPH Fitness
ZoneGolf has set up a unique golf training experience that unites technique training with a fitness focus. As a part of the program, the a goal of maintaining a high level of cardiovascular and muscular fitness through strength training, group exercise, Pilates and Yoga will be paramount.
Golf evaluations, private lessons, group classes and workshops will be offered on a daily basis. Scheduling will be predetermined based on gymnasium availability and client preference.

Small group training and personal training are available for members and nonmembers.
Rennie Stefani, MS, CSCS, ACSM-HFI
- Primary focus on flexibility and stability training for all levels of players
- Specializes in sports specific strength training and conditioning
- Available for small group training or private sessions
Val Hahamy, ACE-CPT
- Primary focus on all-around training for women
- Specializes in conditioning, strength training, and dynamic flexibility
- Available for small group training or private sessions
David Hull, ACSM-CPT
- Primary focus on general conditioning for golf
- Specializes in sports specific training for beginners
- Available for small group training or private sessions
Lorie Brown, Certified Pilates Instructor
- Primary focus is utilizing the Pilates principles for golf athletes
- Specializes in incorporating a variety of Pilates techniques and equipment to improve range of motion, strength, and power
- Available for small group training or private sessions
