Living With Diabetes

Highland Park Hospital Health and Fitness Center is pleased to introduce Certified Diabetes Educator, Barbara Eichorst, RD, MS. Barbara will lead a free educational program for those who currently have diabetes, are pre-diabetic, or have a family history of diabetes.

The lecture series will focus on achieving optimal diabetes self-care behaviors through healthy eating, being active, monitoring medications, and reducing risks.

We invite you to join us monthly. The lecture is held the second Saturday of every month, unless otherwise indicated.
