Keeping Children Safe

Rae Luskin shares her personal story of healing from sexual abuse. Learn the signs of sexual abuse; have a better understanding how you can protect your children; and what steps you can take to end sexual abuse. Parents and Grandparents are encouraged to attend.

Highland Park Hospital Health and Fitness Center is pleased to introduce Certified Diabetes Educator, Barbara Eichorst, RD, MS. Barbara will lead a free educational program for those who currently have diabetes, are pre-diabetic, or have a family history of diabetes.
The lecture series will focus on achieving optimal diabetes self-care behaviors through healthy eating, being active, monitoring medications, and reducing risks.
We invite you to join us for the first in a series of seminars that will be held the second Monday of every month. Please sign up at the Service Desk. Guests are always welcome.
